WEST VILLAGE, N.Y. — A lot has been done about Mayor Eric Adams receiving his first paycheck in cryptocurrency, but now he’s ready to spend it as a digital money bar recently opened in the West Village. has a new Lower Manhattan bar.
Pubkey opened at 85 Washington Place, near 6th Avenue, in a bar front house called the old Crow’s.
The new watering hole calls itself a Bitcoin bar, despite the fact that Bitcoin is the only cryptocurrency not accepted as payment.Pubkey also accepts cash, credit or debit cards I can do it.

Eleven Madison Park-trained Greg Preochel is in charge of the kitchen, Eater NY reports.
Its website design features old-school video game graphics, and it also has an online shop that offers $65 hoodies, $30 t-shirts, and $5 lighters.
Open Monday through Wednesday from 1pm to 2am and Thursday through Saturday from 1pm to 4am.
